Alushi-Trans provides international road transport, heavy haul, oversized cargo transport, warehousing, customs support and logistics coordination. All services are subject to a separate transport agreement or written confirmation between Alushi-Trans and the client.

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A transport agreement is only formed upon written confirmation from Alushi-Trans. We reserve the right to decline any request without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Liability
Alushi-Trans operates under standard international transport liability regulations. Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by the applicable CMR Convention and any specific terms agreed in the transport contract.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, border delays or force majeure events
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo details, dimensions and weight
- Any claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within the timeframes specified by applicable law
